Welcome to Term 4

Welcome to Term 4. We have a busy term ahead with athletics, swimming, touch rugby and dog safety being some of the activities we will be involved in. It was great to see everyone today and to catch up on the holidays.
We also celebrated a couple of achievements.

Portia turned 11 last Friday. We sang 'Happy Birthday' to her and wished her all the best as an 11 year old.

Congratulations to Jameson for achieving a certificate in STEPs.
Keep up the good work.

Now that we are in Term 4 everyone needs to be wearing a school uniform hat during breaks and when outside. Please ensure your child's hat is named.
We will be doing athletics on Mondays and Thursdays and PE on Wednesdays so everyone needs to bring their PE gear on these days.
On Friday 20 October we will be attending 9am Mass. Please be at school by 8:45am.
Next Monday 23 October is Labour Day. This is a Public Holiday so school will be closed.

Term 3 Week 10

Congratulations to John and Leon who received certificates at today's school assembly.

I wish you all a safe, happy and relaxing holiday. Remember to keep up the reading and working on Mathletics. I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday 16 October.

Term 3 Speech Finalists

Over the last few weeks we have been working on our speeches. Everyone did a fantastic job of writing their speech and organising props as support. When it came to presenting their speeches everyone put their best foot forward and presented their speech confidently. Lots of interesting information was shared and we learnt many new things on a range of topics.
Ka pai to all Room 6 students for the effort you put into writing and presenting your speeches - you deserve a big pat on the back.

Congratulations to Portia, Jameson, Rad, Pavlos and James who have made the
Year 6 Speech Finals, which will be held at the beginning of Term 4.
